Miscellaneous Hazardous Materials are materials that present a hazard during transportation but do not meet the definitions of hazard classes 1 - 8. This includes: Material that has an anesthetic, noxious, or similar property that could cause extreme annoyance or discomfort to a flight crewmember so as to prevent the correct performance of assigned duties.
